found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.
Sweet, intelligent, affectionate, and welcoming of affection, this elegant beauty, above all else loves people. Gentle and undemanding, Gypsy excels in obedience and is extremely well-mannered. She is also a sensitive girl, very attuned to her handler. Congenial by nature, this social-butterfly is outgoing and friendly with everyone she meets. She trusts easily, learns quickly, and loves to show affection by giving kisses when asked. Looking to be a faithfully devoted companion to responsible owners, this low-maintenance girl will form deep bonds with her family members. Gypsy is currently working on her leash skills and good manners training with Monroe SPCA. She’s attentive, responsive to direction, and quick to please when she knows what is expected of her; has a strong work ethic.
Gypsy is an ideal indoor pet and companion for a home with a calm, low-active to moderately-active lifestyle. As with all of our adoptable pets, we recommend a meet-n-greet with any housemate dogs prior to adoption. Direct interaction with cats is unknown and cannot be assessed at the shelter at this time.
Gypsy currently resides at the Monroe County Animal Shelter. The shelter is located at 911 South Raisinville Road, Monroe, MI 48161. You can meet her during regular shelter hours; Tuesday through Friday, 9:00 am until 3:00 pm, and Saturday, 9:00 am until 2:00 pm.
