Toby's Story...
My name is Toby! I came to my foster home after I was abandoned and then sent to the shelter.I am about 6 years old and 4 and a half pounds.

Foster mom say s I am very cute and very sweet and doesn't know why anyone would have have just dumped me. I don't know why either but here I am.... looking for a new family who will love me no matter what!

I come fully vaccinated, neutered and well mannered. I should not be around small children however because you just never know when I might get scared! I get along really well with my foster brothers and sisters and work really hard to hit the potty pad when you are not home to let me outside.

I happily sleep in a crate but would be just as happy to sleep in bed with you!

If you can make room for me in your life please follow the instructions below.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Toby, a Dayton Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Dayton, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Dayton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Dayton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Dayton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Dayton paves the way for another one to be saved.
