My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Opie was found as a stray in the freezing cold of January. He was in a shelter for over a month but never claimed. He was placed in a foster home and his foster mom says he's a wonderful sweet boy who is a total lovebug. He loves to cuddle up and snooze with his people. He's low maintenance and doesn't want much other than love.

He's been fully vetted, neutered, microchipped and got a clean bill of health. He weighs around 55-60 pounds and the vet estimates that he's approx. 2-3 yrs old.

Opie is a great companion and just wants a family that can provide him with a loving and safe home. He enjoys walks and play time but he's generally pretty low key . He knows basic commands but he would benefit from having additional training (which is also an excellent way for him to bond with his new family).

He's currently in a shelter because his foster mom's situation changed so we are urgently seeking a new foster or adoption for him. Do you have room in your heart and your home for this sweet boy? If you give him a chance, he will give you unconditional love.
