My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Shiloh was pulled from the kill side of a shelter by accident. They brought us the wrong dog, but it turned out to be a wonderful mistake! Shiloh was also in danger of being put to sleep, which would have been a shame. This boy has a gorgeous brindle coat (most likely from the Plott Hound in him), yet looks exactly like a lab. His coat is a tad bit longer than a lab's coat. He is a very low maintenance boy. He has been fully vetted with shots and neutering. He is housebroken and LOVES other dogs - large and small. He is approx 1 to 2 yrs old and very playful. He listens very well and his foster mom says he is the easiest foster she has ever had. He has not needed to be crated at all. No destructive behavior, and not a single accident in the house. He loves to put his front paws on your lap and lay his head on your chest. He is a very affectionate boy. He doesn't give a lot of kisses, but he loves to snuggle, and has been sleeping on the bed with his foster mom and other dogs. He would do best in a home with another dog, or an active family. He has a lot of energy, but is in no way hyper. He would just enjoy playing or outdoor activities. He is learning what toys and treats are all about. We don't think he has had any exposure to either in his past life. If you are looking for a truly sweet dog with a unique and gorgeous coat, this is your boy! We are not sure how he is with cats, he has not been exposed to any as of yet. This little charmer was saved for a reason! We cant say enough about what a great family dog he truly is! If you want a dog who will fit right into your home seamlessly, please email for an adoption application!
An application is not a commitment, so email today to request one if you are even a little interested!
