Oh, Henry! What a silly, goofy, charming boy he is! You'll notice his innate sweetness within a few minutes of meeting him; he's very sensitive and his feelings get hurt very easily. It's not just his docility that attracts people to him; he's a bit of a clown as well! He's rather clumsy and tends to trip a lot; he just doesn't always know where his legs are going. His asymmetrical face will make you chuckle; when you're talking to him, he cocks his head and his ears perk up and you just know he's about to say something silly in response. Henry loves toys and can keep himself entertained for hours, just tossing them around and chasing them. He relishes lounging on beds and lying in the sunshine, interspersed with perimeter patrol of the yard while checking for pesky squirrels and chewing on his toys. He hasn't had the easiest life; his original owner kept him outdoors and abused him. As a result, he's a bit shy and can be fearful of men. Henry is still adjusting to experiencing new things - like car rides and gentle caresses - but is learning the joy of feeling the wind in his face and having his ears scratched. When we got him, Henry tested positive for heartworms but has gone through full treatment and is doing very well now. He would be happiest in a quiet home where he can receive the patience and love which he previously lacked.

Henry has some hip issues is on several medications.

Morphine Sulfate $103 every 60 days

Vetprofen $93 every 90 days

Gabapentin $14 every 45 days

Henry's adoption fee is $125; he's neutered, microchipped and current on vaccinations.

About Waldo's Muttley Crew

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a group of people who, first and foremost, love animals and want to assist dogs & cats in need. We attempt to educate people concerning appropriate pet care as well as the importance of spay/neuter in order to address the severe over-population of these animals in the U.S.

Come Meet Our Pets...

The first step in our adoption process is to fill out an adoption application. You can find that application on our website -- www.waldosmuttleycrew.org -- click on "Applications", then "Adoption Application". This is no way obligates you to adopt, but it helps to determine if a particular rescue would be a good fit for your family.

Our Adoption Process...

Our adoption fees generally range from $100-$250. We require completion of an application after which we proceed with a verbal interview, make personal and veterinary reference checks, then conduct a home visit to verify that the home is pet-friendly and safe. Upon approval of an application, we require the signing of an adoption agreement contract which specifies that appropriate care will be taken of the animal in question as well as requiring return of the pet to the organization if the adopters are unable to keep it at some point in the future.
