Phoebe is approximately 5 years old. She is a beautiful bi color, black and cream female German Shepherd. Phoebe is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. Phoebe was picked up as a stray, and rescued from a high kill shelter.
Since Phoebe has been in foster care, we find her to be extremely sweet, loyal, and already knows basic obedience commands including “speak”. Phoebe has impeccable house manners, and is extremely protective over her home and family. She is also a bit leary of new people and takes her time to warm up when first meeting someone new. Phoebe needs someone that understands fearful behavior and has to instill confidence in her. Phoebe loves car rides and walks great on a leash. Phoebe gets along well with all dogs, cats not sure but she does have a high prey drive and loves to chase squirrels. No children for Phoebe she is too afraid of them. Phoebe also Loves the hose and would enjoy a sprinkler..

All dogs in rescue are temperament tested and have basic obedience implemented as a part of their daily routine. All behavioral issues are dealt with according to each case scenario. All dogs prior to going home are up to date on all vaccinations, spayed and or neutered. Application, home-check, and references must be approved prior to final adoption.
