Doug's Story...
We got a call from a lady that works at our vets office today asking if we could help find a home for this little guy. She found him running loose out by the Mississinewa Reservoir. She asked everyone in the area if he belonged to them and they told her he had been running around that area for about a week. So this nice lady took him to work with her and had him fully vetted even put him on heart gaurd. She then called us to see if we would help find him a home. He is micro chipped so she tried to contact the people he was registered under but that only led to dead ends. We believe he was dumped. Doug is a very sweet boy and is good with other dogs. He is neutered, micro chipped, rabies shot and parvo booster is done, he had a heartworm test (negative) and ben started on trifexis (heart gaurd/flea). So this little guy is set to go home. He did stay the night with the lady that found him and slept with her daughter. So he does like kids. Doug is house trained and is 6 years old. Please let us know if you have any questions or would like to meet him. Dough has an adoption fee of 75.00.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Doug, a Denver Fox Terrier (Wirehaired)/Jack Russell Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Fox Terrier (Wirehaired)/Jack Russell Terrier for sale in Denver, or seeking a Fox Terrier (Wirehaired)/Jack Russell Terrier dog from a breeder in Denver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Denver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Denver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Fox Terrier (Wirehaired)/Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Fox Terrier (Wirehaired)/Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Denver paves the way for another one to be saved.
