STACEY's Story...
5/14/14 MEET STACEY, Stacey along with her 2 sisters Steffy and Stevie and 2 brothers Stanley and Sticky all were born at our own foster homes at Big Hearts 4 Paws. Ginger is the mom.
We rescued Ginger from a high kill shelter in the Grand Bahamas. Shortly after, on 3/31/14 she delivered 5 beautiful puppies. Ginger has been an excellent mother and is also up for adoption. All the puppies go in and out a doggy door and are very friendly.

If you would like more information on Stacey or siblings, Please email Debbie at BigHearts4PawsRescue@yahoo.com

Our pups are spayed or neutered, current on vaccines/deworming, microchipped and have flea/tick prevention applied. Our adoption donation is $250.00 for our puppies. Adopting a puppy is a lifetime commitment. Are you ready for a new found friend?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

STACEY, a Wellington Basset Hound/Chow Chow puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Basset Hound/Chow Chow for sale in Wellington, or seeking a Basset Hound/Chow Chow puppy from a breeder in Wellington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Wellington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Wellington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Basset Hound/Chow Chow breeders who help with Basset Hound/Chow Chow rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Wellington paves the way for another one to be saved.
