My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Chase is a nine week old mixed puppy. He weighs about 7-8 pounds. Chase is very friendly and loves everyone. He has the SWEETEST personality. He is such a playful pup that simply loves life! Chase is fostered with other dogs and and cats, too! He loves playing with his two sisters, Otter and Katie. If you are wanting a partner for an afternoon walk or snuggling whe watching a movie, then Chase is your buddy. Chase is ready to be with his new family.

If you are interested in giving Chase a wonderful home, go to our Facebook page and download the application from the "Notes" section. While you are there, please "Like" our page to see our new available dogs and keep up with upcoming events.

You can also email us at merceranimalrescue@gmail.com and we will email an application to you. Feel free to call Beverly (901-651-6322) or Angela (901-361-0089) anytime with questions.

Chase's adoption donation is $495 which helps to cover the neutering, shots, bordetella (kennel cough), heartguard, frontline, vet examination, certificate of health and transport fee.

Chase is living with a foster family in Tennessee. He will travel to his new family once he has been adopted by professional pet transport. We use a weekly transport to the northeast and a bi-weekly transport to the Chicago, Milwaukee and Minneapolis areas.

Our primary source of funding comes from this adoption donation. This donation allows us to rescue other dogs in danger of being put to sleep, injured or sick dogs and dogs that have never known the comfort of a home.
