Dahlia !In New England!'s Story...
Hi, I'm Dahlia. I'm a friendly, happy girl that is looking forward to my new life. I love to meet new people. The vet says im about a year and a half old! I like other dogs but can be a little hesitant at first.....then get a little bossy so probably would do best with a submissive male friend or would do just fine on my own. My foster mom thinks I would be fine with a dog savvy cat. I like to play with tug toys. I'm working on my leash and housetraining and am a fast learner. I only weigh 23 pounds so am the perfect, petite companion.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dahlia !In New England!, a Windham Border Collie/Spaniel (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie/Spaniel (Unknown Type) for sale in Windham, or seeking a Border Collie/Spaniel (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Windham.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Windham already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Windham breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie/Spaniel (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Border Collie/Spaniel (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Windham paves the way for another one to be saved.
