My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi!
SO glad you looked at me! Don't I look like a little dog you might see on TV or in a dog food commercial! I was the first in the litter to do everything...first to open my eyes, first to climb out of the crate into the pen. I was named "Horton" because my foster family thought that maybe I heard a Who...just like in the Dr. Seuss book called "Horton Hears a Who!"....I was in Louisiana in my momma's tummy in the shelter....thank goodness that nice rescue lady came to get me. She helped my momma give birth, then cared for us and put us on transport to RI. Little Paws 4 U folk helped transport us, then helped us to get settled into their foster home. Our birth-date is 3/30/14 and momma is right around 25-30 pounds. She is very agile (may even have some Border Collie in her mix). Her temperament is very very sweet. I would love a family which is around in the day, to attend to my puppy needs. Older, respectful (only) children are fine, as might be another, non-aggressive dog. I have not been tried with cats, but they might be fine as well! My fee of 395. covers all shots to date, a Health Certificate, an exam by a RI vet, transport to RI and I have my own collar and blanket as well.
