My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Nelly is a truly stunning mama cat. She has long white hair with gray markings. She also is incredibly sweet, loving, and purrs whenever she is pet. She is good with human children, too! She came into the city pound with a litter of kittens and started to get sick. She was rescued several weeks ago, and she has done great since then. She should be ready to go home in about a month, but we are accepting applications for pre-adoption, with her going home once her kittens are weaned.

Nelly's adoption fee of $95 includes her spay, deworming, general exams, FIV and FeLV virus testing (all negative!), age-appropriate shots, and microchip and registration.

Our rescue group is foster based, meaning kitties live in homes with volunteers. This is great for the cats, because they get a ton of socialization and attention, and we get to know them well, but it also means we don't have a shelter for people to drop by and visit. Instead, we ask that people complete applications, and then we can arrange meet and greets with the kitties.
