Lola's Story...
Her name was Lola. She was a show girl with yellow feathers in her hair and a dress cut down to there… Hey, wait just a darn second... That’s not exactly right. Her name is definitely Lola but she’s no show girl though she is a girl. She’s also a Boston Terrier and Chihuahua mix who does like feathers but that’s because she’s a puppy and puppies like things they shouldn’t. Yellow is not her favorite color and she can’t sing but she’d wear a dress. So almost the same…

Lola is only 5 months old and full of puppy energy and curiosity. She has a beautiful brindle coat and a long sassy tail. She loves everyone, human and canine alike, and doles out kisses like a Pez dispenser. She is crate trained and nearly housebroken plus knows many verbal commands (can you say smarty pants?). A home that is active, possibly with a few older children and dogs (she hasn’t been tested around cats), would be a good fit for Lola.

The adoption fee for this dog is $400.00 which includes altering, heartworm testing, vaccines, micro-chipping, harness, leash and identification tags. This dog is being fostered in a private home and is not available for viewing.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lola, a Greensboro Boston Terrier/Chihuahua puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boston Terrier/Chihuahua for sale in Greensboro, or seeking a Boston Terrier/Chihuahua puppy from a breeder in Greensboro.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Greensboro already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Greensboro breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boston Terrier/Chihuahua breeders who help with Boston Terrier/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Greensboro paves the way for another one to be saved.
