Ellie's Info...

I am good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Ellie's Story...
Ellie and her litter mates were found with their mamma in an abandoned car. We don't know any more than that, but we know mamma is tame and these babies deserve a home!

Ellie was born around April 4 and will be available to go to her new home on May 30.

The LItter Box spays and neuters all cats prior to adoption. Because that is not possible with such tiny kittens, we will pay to spay or neuter your kitten between 16-20 weeks of age at our vet. It is part of our adoption agreement.

Kittens will have one distemper shot prior to adoption. The other vaccinations are the responsibility of the new family.

You may contact us via email at adopt@thelitterbox.net or via phone (308) 284-7125.

You can view additional pictures of all of our cats and kittens at https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.128003987360321.25475.116271325200254&type=3

The Litter Box has a $35 adoption fee.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ellie, a Ogallala Domestic Mediumhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Ogallala, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair kitten from a breeder in Ogallala.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ogallala already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ogallala breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ogallala paves the way for another one to be saved.
