Sweet little Elsa is a teeny little chiweenie puppy with the biggest heart. To say she is special is putting it mildly. She loves snuggling up to her foster siblings and playing with toys. She is great with all animals! She is 5 months old and weighs 5 lbs. She is spayed, current on vaccinations, microchipped, and crate trained. We just adore her.
