Goode's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Goode's Story...
Goode was in the isolation room at the South LA Shelter because he was so underweight. When they brought him out to us, he was literally a skeleton with fur. He won our hearts.

This Whippet mix is congenial, social and soooooo willing to please. Goode has met all the dogs in the Squad and he gets along with all of them.

His gentle, personable nature will win you over. Goode is learning his commands and how to walk on a leash.

He is about 9 months old and 27 pounds. Goode will need an active home to keep him happy.

Come and meet our Whippet Goode.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Goode, a West Los Angeles Whippet/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Whippet/Labrador Retriever for sale in West Los Angeles, or seeking a Whippet/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in West Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in West Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a West Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Whippet/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Whippet/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in West Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
