Cleo's Story...
Name: Cleo
Breed: Lab/Aussie mix
Age: Adult
Gender: Female

Cleo is a 7 year old female Lab/Aussie mix, best guess. Sadly surrendered due to changing life circumstances, she is a very nice dog who has been raised with small kids and another dog, and is also cat friendly. Cleo is the zen dog... nothing bothers her. She likes meeting new people, kids running in and out are fine, barking dogs she ignores... just a very calm, mellow dog. She is house trained and used to being alone for a workday. Please email kladams4545@gmail.com with questions.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cleo, a Minneapolis Labrador Retriever/Australian Shepherd dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Australian Shepherd for sale in Minneapolis, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Australian Shepherd dog from a breeder in Minneapolis.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Minneapolis already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Minneapolis breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Australian Shepherd breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Australian Shepherd rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Minneapolis paves the way for another one to be saved.
