Jack is a Take Me Home courtesy post. Jack is not affiliated with Take Me Home. He is not under our care. Take Me Home is not responsible for any adoptions through private parties. Meet this sweet little boy. Rescued from a hot trailer, where he was being neglected, he is now updated on all of his vaccines and neutered. He looks to be either a Cocker Spaniel or King Charles mix, and is about 2 years old and 22 lbs. He is completely housebroken and good with other dogs; please know that it may take him a little while to get used to them though.

However, he is utterly exceptional with people and kids. He is also completely housebroken and very well-trained. With a love for wagging his tail and cuddling, he has a face and personality that will make you melt.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jack, a Santa Monica Cocker Spaniel/King Charles Spaniel dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cocker Spaniel/King Charles Spaniel for sale in Santa Monica, or seeking a Cocker Spaniel/King Charles Spaniel dog from a breeder in Santa Monica.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Santa Monica already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Santa Monica breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cocker Spaniel/King Charles Spaniel breeders who help with Cocker Spaniel/King Charles Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Santa Monica paves the way for another one to be saved.
