My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, my name is Snowball. I am a 4 year old (as of April 2013), all white,
spayed female. I was living with an elderly woman in Wallingford until she
passed away. Next thing I knew, I was living on the streets. Apparently
her family members did not make the effort to find me a proper home and just put me outside. I lived outside for a year or more, climbing under car
engines to keep warm, and getting my beautiful white fur filthy! A few
people in the neighborhood were feeding me, then some other neighbors
learned of my plight and rescued me! A CatNIP volunteer took me into her
comfy home, bathed me, and took me to the vet. I got a clean bill of health
and my fur is all clean again!

I am a very shy girl and would need people who would understand I need lots of time to adjust to new surroundings. I am still a work in progress. I would do well in a not too busy home without young children but, with other cats, and of course kind hearted people! Could you be that family for me, where I'll be safe and loved, and never again be put out on the streets?
