This little munchkin was found wandering around a commercial shopping center off Whittier blvd. Thankfully a good samaritan scooped him to safety. Unfortunately, Biscuit did not have any identification on him so he was not able to reunite with his owner. Biscuit is a 5 month old terrier puppy, who is adorably scruffy and has personality plus! He is great with other dogs, and is learning his potty training routine in his temporary home.
