Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Pepper #1314 is an adorable 4-year-oldfemale Shih Tzu mix. She has come a long way since we rescued her from a hoarding situation with over 45 dogs in one home. When Pepper came to us she had never felt grass, had her own food bowl, or even seen a toy. Since being in our program she has learned she loves to be outside, and is doing great with her leash training. She is quickly picking up on kennel training and is really coming out of her out of her shell. She loves other dogs, as she is used to spending a lot of time with many others, but is afraid of cats. She is such a snuggle buddy; she will let you cradle her like a baby and takes all the attention she can get. We believe you can always teach an “old” dog new tricks so we highly recommend continued obedience training for this smart pup; it stimulates the dog's mind and establishes a good dog/adopter relationship.
