Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Salt#1315 is an adorable 4-year-old male Shih Tzu mix. He has come a long way since we rescued him from a hoarding situation with more than 45dogs in one home. When Salt came to us he had never felt grass, had his own food bowl, or even seen a toy. Since being in our program he has learned he loves to be outside, and is doing great with his leash training. He is quickly picking up on kennel training. Salt is coming out of his shell; he loves other dogs, but is afraid of cats. He is such a snuggle buddy; he will let you cradle him like a baby and takes all the attention he can get. We believe you can always teach an “old” dog new tricks so we highly recommend continued obedience training for this smart pup; it stimulates the dog's mind and establishes a good dog/adopter relationship.
