Tara Shepherd E Columbus Area's Story...
Tara is a true rescued dog from the pits of vacant boarded up housing. She was found in a kennel with her collar imbedded in her neck. I am only listing Tara for a friend of mine that lives in Columbus, who is a wildlife rehabilitator. She has spent many hundreds of dollars on Tara, and she would ask that you donate $150 towards her bills, along with being a wonderful and loving home for her. Tara is fully vetted, spayed, all shots, treated with panacur, heartworm negative, and is currently on Interceptor and frontline. She gets along great with other dogs, cats and kids. For the most part she is house trained and will let you know if she has to go out to potty. If you don't listen to her though, she won't hold it will go in the house. Contact me if you are interested in this lucky dog, or contact her foster mom at wildlifekm@yahoo.com. Thank you for looking at my rescued dogs. :o) Deb

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tara Shepherd E Columbus Area, a Hillsboro Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Hillsboro, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Hillsboro.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hillsboro already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hillsboro breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hillsboro paves the way for another one to be saved.
