Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi. I'm Lola. I'm a very sweet lab mix and am on the small side for a lab - around 33 pounds. I recently had a litter of puppies but I don't know what happened to them and I don't know why my owners didn't want me anymore. They left me at Chicago Animal Care and Control which is a very noisy, scary place. Luckily, a nice lady from Chicagoland Dog Rescue went there looking for some dogs to rescue and found me! I'm in a foster home now and looking for a forever home. I'm a very nice girl who gets along well with other dogs . There are dogs and cats in my foster home. The cats don't like me, so I just leave them alone. I like playing and I love attention but I really like taking walks. Sometimes I get so excited, you have to remind me not to pull on the leash. CDR includes training classes in the adoption fee and the classes will help with leash training. I know basic commands and I'm housebroken. If I sound like the perfect dog for you, come meet me at adoptions on Saturday. I hope to see you soon.
XOXO Lola
