Meet Toto! Toto is brand new to our rescue and is fitting in perfectly! We believe he is about a year and half old and a Cairn Terrier mix- he looks a lot like Toto from the Wizard of Oz! He is currently being fostered with both small and large breed dogs and is getting along with all of them. This poor little guy was in the shelter for well over a month with little to no interaction so he is still pretty shy but we know he will come out of that with a little love and patience. Being that he is so fresh to us, we don't have too much to say about him just yet but rest assured- we will update his bio as soon as we know him a little better.
