Have you been saying “Where’s Waldo?” The whole world seems to be looking for Waldo and he’s wanting to let everyone know “Here he is!” He is ready to be adopted and find a stable place of his own. He came out of a high kill animal shelter recently and he had been in there since early Feb. This is a high kill shelter but they knew Waldo is a special boy. He is so cute and we think he is somewhere around 1-2 years old. It’s hard to tell what kind of dog Waldo is but we think he is a Plott hound/Lab mix. Whatever he is, it works! He has the cutest curly tail & super bright eyes! He weighs maybe about 45 pounds, which is really a perfect size. Waldo really likes to play and is very happy (oh & he loves belly rubs). He I completely potty trained and has not had an accident in his foster home since he got here. He is really good in a crate – just throw a treat in it and he goes right in without argument. He likes other dogs a lot and is good with them, but he is pretty playful so he would do best with another young, playful dog that could handle the romping. Waldo would also do fine without other dogs in his forever home. One thing Waldo definitely will need is exercise. If you are looking for a running partner, this is your guy. He does really well on a leash and likes to go for walks a bunch! Waldo is really just a handsome, super cool dog that would love it if you would make him your best friend! He deserves the best!!

Our adoption fee is $250 and includes all age appropriate vaccines, spay or neuter and microchipping. The breed and age included in this listing is based upon the opinion of a vet that has examined the dog. We cannot confirm the age of the dog unless the dog was born in the care of the rescue. We are located in the metro Atlanta area. We currently do not allow out of state adoptions as a home check is required as part of the adoption process.
