Taylor Mae's Story...
Ball! Ball! Ball! Taylor is a gentle girl who would love nothing more than to play fetch all day. Sadly, Taylor had a family who could no longer keep her and dropped her off to be euthanized! Luckily she was saved and now she would love a new forever home! Her current foster home has a toddler who Taylor does very well with. Taylor is so gentle that even the toddler can hold her leash! Check out Taylor's Facebook page for more about her!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Taylor Mae, a San Antonio American Staffordshire Terrier/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Staffordshire Terrier/Labrador Retriever for sale in San Antonio, or seeking a American Staffordshire Terrier/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in San Antonio.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Antonio already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Antonio breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Staffordshire Terrier/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with American Staffordshire Terrier/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Antonio paves the way for another one to be saved.
