This handsome copper-colored guy is Copper, a 7 year old puggle that came to us from our Newark facility in the hopes of finding a loving home. Copper was actually found as a stray, and we just can't imagine how someone could lose this sweet and gentle boy. Copper is mellow and easy going, and it doesn't take much to make him happy. All he wants is some attention and a friend take a leisurely stroll with. Copper is well behaved and is a real gentleman. He enjoys his time in our exercise yard and will even pick up a toy or two, but he prefers to roam around and checks things out mostly. If you sit down on a bench, Copper comes right over to gently put his paws on your knees so you'll give him some affection. He walks well on a leash and will sit nicely when asked. Copper is ok with some dogs so if you're interested, bring yours in to meet him and we'll see if they click. This gentle and sweet boy is so deserving of a great forever home.....maybe you'll be the family to give it to him. File#23446 4/16/14
