Lexi and Copper's Story...
Lexi and Copper are two bonded Golden Retriever/ Yellow Lab mixes.

"Our daddy went overseas to fight for our country and never came home. The man that our daddy left us with didn't have any contact info to get in touch with his family, so he was trying to take great care of us for as long as he could."

Lexi is about 2 and a 1/2 and weighs about 90 pounds. She is house trained and crate trained. She loves to ride in the car!! She gets along well with children and dogs. Lexi is so sweet and calm and follows her brother Copper everywhere!

Lexi's brother Copper weighs 90 pounds and is house trained and crate trained. He also enjoys rides in the car. Copper is a friendly boy who gets along with children and other dogs. He has not been observed around cats. Copper is an amazing dog who is very lovable. He is great with children and fetches everything!

Both of these smart dogs know the commands "Sit", "Stay", "Fetch", and "Lay".

We are looking for an exceptional home that will give these TWO exceptional dogs a wonderful FOREVER home.

Fee is $75 for the PAIR & they are already spayed/neutered.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lexi and Copper, a Clarksville Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever for sale in Clarksville, or seeking a Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Clarksville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Clarksville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Clarksville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Clarksville paves the way for another one to be saved.
