Badger-No Adoption Fee!'s Story...
We are having a senior special for our seniors. NO ADOPTION FEE to an approved home. We have several mid-life dogs that are still waiting patiently for a new permanent home.
Badger is one of these homeless little guys on whom we are not giving up on finding them a home. He has been in rescue a long time and gets overlooked again and again. He literally just need a warm lap and a happy spot to watch the traffic go by. The bonus to adopting one of our seniors is free vacation dog-sitting, as long as we are in town at the time, which is almost always.
Retirees would be an amazing fit, but he is adaptable, just no little kids. He likes to shake his stuffed toys senseless, get his back scratched, and burrow under the covers when it is nap time. He's about 4 pounds and is looking for a person with a big heart who will let him borrow a few square feet of space for the rest of his life.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Badger-No Adoption Fee!, a Scottsdale Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Scottsdale, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Scottsdale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Scottsdale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Scottsdale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Scottsdale paves the way for another one to be saved.
