Our Weims just keep getting better, this boy is LINCOLN a gorgeous Weimaraner Lab Mix. Lincoln weighs in at 55lb, He is 9 months old, and has the most wonderful temperament and beautiful Weimy features. Unique in color Lincoln is a gorgeous chestnut shade.
Lincoln is blessed with stunning good looks, gorgeous white teeth, and beautiful soulful amber eyes that just melt your heart.
LINCOLN`S story starts here >>>Lincoln came to us from Mississippi, he was picked up by animal control and listed as a stray.Lincoln became urgent and was set on the to be euthanized list.
We pulled Lincoln and had him transported from Mississippi to us in Central Florida. Lincoln has been through evaluation and we were more than pleased with the outcome he is one awesome pup. After his initial transition Lincoln has settled in well. He enjoys playing with the other younger dogs he loves to run and play, On the flip side he is happy to snuggle up next to his humans, He is a loving Boy and like all weimies he loves attention. Lincoln just loves everyone. Lincoln is a calm boy a rarity for a young Weim or Lab He shies away from any chaos created by the others he will run back to you for a hug We brought Lincoln into Lifeline so we could find the perfect family for him and we are now searching for that wonderful forever home. A home that will give him stability and security and life he needs. This boy is so lovable and he deserves a family that will give him the love and attention he deserves.Lincoln will warm to you and just melt your heart. Like most Weimaraners he loves to be around humans and will follow you around, he is a Velcro boy. He likes to go for walks and he just loves the beach and nature trails where he can run free, He will come when called He knows commands sit stay & down, whether he chooses to listen to you is another story. He is fun and playful. Like most Weimaraners he likes car rides but and he is excellent in the car he just sits quietly on the rear seat. Lincoln is not crate trained he has never been in a crate we have never had to crate him he follows the example of the others and just lays down if we are gone a while, A crate would be alien to him and more than likely bring on stress.
so we would prefer an owner that would not crate Lincoln. We haven't noticed him counter surfing he usually just sits and waits for his food. We feed him away from the others as he does tend to eat a little fast not sure if this is because there are others here or he hasn't had a regular feeding pattern. Either way he is a good boy and stays put until everyone else is finished. At nighttime he will sleep on a sofa or a bed however he just loves to sleep on your bed he loves to be close to his humans and loves to cuddle a typical Weimy Velcro boy. During the day he loves to sit on the sofa so if you don't like a dog on your sofa this boy is NOT for you.
Lincoln is housebroken, he will go to the door when he needs to go out to potty. He is good at bath times but not crazy about the shower. Its so hard not to fall in love with this boy And its very difficult to find anything negative to say about him.
Lincoln is neutered, current on all vaccinations Heart worm negative and he is micro.chipped. He is happiest being in a family environment and enjoying freedom to relax in the home. We are looking to find Lincoln a wonderful forever home where he can have stability and security in his life.
We are looking for a forever home that can cherish him and give him the love and attention he needs, A family that is really stable and can give him that forever home that means forever. Lincoln is so lovable, he is good with children. A family that will include him in their lifestyle and activities would be perfect. Lincoln will blossom he will go from awesome to super awesome with the right interaction. Someone that is at home most of the day would be perfect for Lincoln like most Weims he dosent like to be apart from you for hours on end.
A home with a fenced in yard, screened in pool lanai or acreage where he can run and play is ESSENTIAL. Lincoln would like another dog to play with with a young female would be perfect however he would be fine as an only dog with lots of love and interaction.It is wise to remember that he is still a pup. Lincoln has all the Weimy traits and he is just gorgeous. He is unique in the fact that he is so calm.
