My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Oliver is a neutered, male Chihuahua. He would be considered the "fawn" type, and is about 1 1/2 years old. He is super cute, and loves attention......but, as most Chihuahuas are, he can be timid around strangers. He is looking for a home that is experienced with this breed, and where there are no children. He gets along fine with other small breeds of dogs, and is okay with cats. He would also be happy as an only dog.....but, NO apartments. He gets barky when he hears noises. Oliver was found as a stray, and was pretty close to death. He was found over the Holidays, and was starving and dehydrated. A nice lady picked him up, and kept him until we could get to him the next day. He was only 5 pounds when he was found, but is about 7 1/2 now, at his full weight. He is now house-trained. He does not like being in a crate, but is okay being confined to a room, like a laundry room. Oliver is a lap dog, and also likes to give kisses. He will make a great companion.
