Charlie is one happy dog. He loves to run, loves to play with his dog buddies, and he loves human attention. Charlie has some hearing impairment, he can definitely hear some, but not the normal dog hearing.. Charlie is listed as special needs because of these things, and if he is contained in a crate or kennel, he tends to spin/run circles. You get him to an open space though, and he runs beautifully, in straight lines. He is good with the other dogs, though sometimes because of his handicap, he can be snappy with them. You can see how happy he is, he usually looks like he is smiling.
