Watson is a very handsome, young Collie mix, a little over 2 years old. He was given the birthday of 3/17/12. As you can see by the pictures, he has beautiful markings and sports a white shawl. He weighs around 40 lbs. and has a lean, slender build. Watson is an owner surrender by an elderly gentleman who had to part with Watson and two other adult dogs because he was going to a nursing home. Watson gets along with the other dogs. He is fine alone or with the company of other dogs. He did test heartworm positive and he came thru the treatment with no problems. Watson is shy around new people, so patience will be needed. Once he warms up to you he loves the attention he receives. At the moment he tolerates the leash so we are working on that. So if you are looking for a laid back, gentle, quiet, young dog, you have found him. He really needs a forever home so he can become the dog he is meant to be. HHS dog. ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED.
