Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Penny has not had the greatest luck in life, but that’s all about to
change during her journey with Friends of Rescue. This sweet girl was
dropped at the shelter with a horrible puncture wound to her back leg,
which is being treated. Her first few days of rescued life have been
filled with vet visits and medicine, but she has maintained a sweet
and trusting disposition. She can be shy at first, but warms up
quickly. You can pretty much bet on her being your shadow. Penny loves
to be carried around, and is happiest when she can be right by your
side. She is being crate-trained in her foster home, and has done well
with house-training. Penny behaves well around other dogs, although
she shows more interest and affection towards her humans. She is
currently untested with cats and children. The vet estimates her to be
a Pug/Chihuahua mix, approximately 2 years old, weighing in at a
whopping 11.5 pounds. If you’re looking for a tiny little princess
with a sassy personality, Penny might be the perfect companion for
you!
