Zachary Binx's Story...
Hi! I’m Mr. Zachary Binx! I’m a very handsome, young (1-3 years old), all black male cat with striking amber eyes. I’m very affectionate towards people, extremely trusting and above all a loyal cat. I also appreciate a good belly rub and some cat treats—we could negotiate on those later. I ended up at the Kitty Connection after I crawled onto a nice lady’s porch in East Boston. She feed me during the winter but assumed I had a home since I was so friendly. However, I had no home nor owner to snuggle with. I hurt my paw and knew that she was the right lady to take care of me. She took me in, bandaged my front paw and gave me a nice collar along with an oatmeal bath. I’m hoping to find a loving owner (and/or family) to call my own. Please consider adopting me.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Zachary Binx, a Medford Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Medford, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Medford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Medford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Medford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Medford paves the way for another one to be saved.
