Meet Aspen. Aspen is available for adoption through A Tail to Tell Puppy Mill Rescue. Aspen is about 1 year old. She is a Chihuahua mix, approx. 10 pounds. Aspen was surrendered to the rescue by her previous owners. They family was expanding and they didn't feel they would have time for her.
