Siblings Butterball, Bumblebee, Jelly Belly, Inkblot and Trixiebelle are all in a foster home at this time with a special patient Wheaton Terrier. They are all doing great and love their canine mom but will soon be coming to the shelter. They were dropped off with their feline mom at a store and left there for one of our volunteers to find. Luckily she did and has taken great care of them but has had to take on another litter. The siblings are all about three months old and doing wonderful. We would prefer they go in pairs wherever possible, please inquire about special promotions on kitten pair adoptions.

PLEASE NOTE: We require all interested parties to come to the shelter to meet the pet, complete an adoption application, and interview with our Director. We do not do same day adoptions or ship animals. For additional information on our adoption policies, visiting hours and directions please go to Abandoned Pet Rescue.

About Abandoned Pet Rescue, Inc.

About Our Shelter...

Abandoned Pet Rescue is a 501 ( c ) (3) IRS tax-exempt, qualified charitable organization that rescues, shelters, and cares for countless abandoned and abused animals and finds them new homes. We have been serving the South Florida community since 1996. Our no-kill animal shelter is located in Ft. Lauderdale, where volunteers of all ages help perform the duties of running the shelter and our operations on a day-to-day basis, creating a mutually beneficial relationship between animals and the community. By conducting neighborhood sweeps, APR helps reduce the pet over population by spaying and neutering feral cats with the use of a mobile veterinary facility.
