TITUS's Story...
Titus is a very sweet and playful 6 month old, 33 pound Shar Pei mix. He came in to the shelter with his brother Cletus (ID 566146) when their owner turned them in on May 28th (through no fault of their own). They are reported to be good with kids. These sweet young boys know how to sit and are learning leash training. Come meet Titus today! He'd love a new home to grow and explore with a family that loves him. Titus is up to date with shots and will be neutered upon adoption and heartworm tested if he is old enough. Titus is in cage 78 and his ID is 566147.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

TITUS, a Marietta Shar Pei puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shar Pei for sale in Marietta, or seeking a Shar Pei puppy from a breeder in Marietta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marietta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marietta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shar Pei breeders who help with Shar Pei rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marietta paves the way for another one to be saved.
