My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Daisy. I am a sweet and gentle little soul looking for a forever home. I came to rescue when my people surrendered me and two other dogs to a high kill shelter. We got lucky and some nice people came and got us out of there before we were euthanized! Little is known about my past, the shelter did not ask many questions, but I appear to be about 3 years old and a Dachshund mix. I do okay with other dogs, but I can be a grouch if I think they are in my space while napping. I would probably love to be an only dog or with one other small dog. I am in a foster home with cats and I do not pay any attention to them. I do well with older, respectful children, I actually like them quite a bit! My ideal forever home would be a quieter home that would take me on daily walks, let me sleep in bed with them, and spoiled me rotten! Do you think you are my forever home?
