My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Yeager is sweet fun loving male black and tan German Shepherd. He is approximately 2 to 3 years old. He is very submissive to other dogs. Yeager loves to give kisses. He knows a few basic commands, but needs a family who will work with him on obedience. He is crate and house trained. Shows no interest in his foster mom's cats. He is friendly with everyone he meets. Yeager loves to play and swim in the lake and pool. He is very easy to handle and just a pleasure to be around. He likes to hug and snuggle and has a very calm easy going personality. Yeager came into the safety of the rescue approx. 20 to 25 lbs underweight and is learning that there is no shortage of food anymore and he doesn't have to hide his food anymore. Yeager was also weak in his hips from lack of proper exercise and good nutrition. Yeager was taken for xrays of his hips and the Veterinarian said that his hips did not show any hip dysplasia abnormalities for his age. Yeager is now receiving high quality food, natural supplements, hydro therapy type exercises in his foster mom's swimming pool and lots of love. Yeager is ready and available for adoption for one very lucky family. This is a truly special boy!
