Come meet this wonderful sweetheart of a cat! Daisy is a kitty who loves to express her happiness with endless chirps and purrs. She is initially shy with strangers but after warming up, she will follow you around with so many chirps that you will begin to think you have a pet bird!

One big bonus is that Daisy had the softest fur and loves head butting you to remind you that she needs a head or ear massage. She usually does not enjoy being picked up but she will jump up to sit with you and will knead on your nap with her little white paws hoping that you will give her a massage or treats. She will also readily curl up into bed with you to sleep at your feet - but she will pounce if you move in your sleep!

Daisy loves to play with feathery ball toys and the wand, and is a big fan of catnip. In between cat naps, she will spend hours looking out the window watching the world go by. You have to meet this sweet little kitty - she has so much chirpy love to give!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Daisy, a Vancouver Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Vancouver, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Vancouver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Vancouver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Vancouver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Vancouver paves the way for another one to be saved.
