Hi, I’m Kloie! I would like to tell you about myself...so here goes. I’m a black & tan female dachshund. They say I'm ~9 year old and weigh ~15 lbs. (Danged ol' scale - I'm still a slim girl.) And don't let my age fool you - as my pictures reveal, I look and feel much younger than what the calendar tells me. Everyone always compliments me and tells me how beautiful I am and how shiny my coat is. I am extremely loving, sweet, calm and submissive & I love to be with my humans! My entire body wiggles when I wag my tail and I’ll roll right over for you to rub my belly. My foster parents say I’m a cuddle bug and give the sweetest softest kisses. I am house trained & crate trained. I love playing with other dogs and to go on walks. I'm also just as happy curling up in a blanket next to you on the couch. I am up-to-date on all of my shots, heartworm negative and spayed. My foster parents can’t figure out why no one would want me because they say I’m the perfect dog! I am looking for my forever home and would love to meet you and show you just how special I am. I promise...you won’t regret it!

dreamhappytails.org/adoptform.shtml. Kloie 's adoption fee is $300. All adoption fees go directly to veterinary care for DREAM dachshunds. Kloie will go to her new home microchipped, spayed, heartworm tested, and up to date on vaccinations. Most dogs' veterinary expenses are greater than our adoption fees.
DREAM is an all-volunteer rescue group, and we focus on the Atlanta, North Georgia and Savannah area. Because we are all volunteers, we can consider applications only within an hour of these areas. DREAM does not recommend purebred dachshunds for families with children under 5, or families planning to have children during the dog's lifetime. Dachshunds are often not patient with little kids, and kids can accidentally hurt a doxie's back.
