My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

✰✰ The Reigning Rose of TRALEE, Female 4 yrs young, is #AVAILABLE – For more photos of TRALEE please click http://www.norcalbcrescue.org/tralee.html ✰✰

Meet the reigning Rose of TRALEE, a title befitting this beauty. TRALEE has those smiling Irish eyes and when those eyes are looking at you your heart just melts. TRALEE is a 4-year old border collie mix. Her coat is not so rough it is hard to manage, but thick enough to provide a soft petting and cuddle.

TRALEE is a great indoor/outdoor dog and is happy in either environment. She gets along well with other dogs but also shows the confidence to do well as an only dog. TRALEE has not exhibited negative behavior such as digging in the yard or excessive barking. She is housebroken, crate trained for sleeping at night and rides nicely in the car. She loves to explore, but comes back when called. TRALEE is an ideal companion because she relaxes easily whatever the circumstances.

All in all, TRALEE is a very nice dog that can use some additional training to be the best dog she can be. Her only apparent vice is that she may be a bit too cat curious and interested in chasing other small pets. A household without these sorts of critters might suit her best.

TRALEE is micro-chipped, neutered, heart worm negative and on preventative, and up to date on vaccinations. If you have an approved Northern California Border Collie Rescue and Adoptions (http://www.norcalbcrescue.org/adopt_info.html) and wish to enquire about TRALEE, please email us at Adoptions@norcalbcrescue.org. If you have an approved adoption application with Border Collie Rescue of Northern California let us know and we will request it be forwarded to us for consideration.

TRALEE is being fostered north of Sacramento, California.
