Jettson's Story...
The name's Jettson. No, not like George Jetson on the cartoon. That's just silly! I'm Jettson the cat of course and I am a truly exceptional animal all around.

I'm a lovely looking guy with a heart of gold. I absolutely love to be petted and paid attention to. I'll even butt heads with you if you get close enough. I'm a gentle guy and pretty laid back, so I think I'll adapt just fine to my new home and family. I haven't always gotten along with dogs, but I can try to befriend one. I think I get along okay with other animals generally. I enjoy playing with toys and being loved on, so how about we become best friends forever. Sound good?

I'm here just waiting for you to get to know me, and to love me. I'll be a great friend to you always and forever, but you've got to adopt me first silly. Hurry on down here and make it happen already!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jettson, a Denver Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Denver, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Denver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Denver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Denver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Denver paves the way for another one to be saved.
