Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi my name is Sweetie! Not much is known about me only that I'm about 5 years old.
I love cats, small dogs, and I have done well with the kids I 've met. I can be bossy and sassy sometimes, and I want to be top dog. I'm house trained as long as I'm let out every 4-5 hours and I can use a doggy door like a pro.
I am crate trained and keep it always clean. My foster mom says that I can be a bit of an escape artist when they try to block me off in a room, even with the door closed. I can magically get out and be found sleeping on the couch. But I have never tried to escape the fenced yard.
I walk on a leash on the roads like a good girl. However, if you take me on the trails/woods, the beagle in me takes over and I just want to sniff everything and chase all the critters. Hey! I’m a beagle after all!
I went on my first camping trip and as you can tell by the pics that I'm a happy camper. I did well on the 3 hour trip up and down from camping. I am starting to find my voice and will bark and howl but only when something is nearby.
I'm learning simple commands pretty quickly. My foster mom and dad only started my training in earnest not too long ago and I'm doing well.
My most favorite thing is to lie by my humans on the couch and just be with them. Will you take me home?
