Meet Boudreaux! ( BOO- DROWE)
This precious orphan boy was found wandering in Wears Valley ( In the Smoky Mountains)and never reclaimed. He is about 8-9 months old. He is a very sweet, affectionate, goofy, lap dog wanna be that wags with his entire body! He does well with other dogs and likes to play chase and wrestle. He is very smart... knows;sit and No;, and totally submits when asked did you do that?;. He sits for treats and food without being told to and will give hos paw when you tell him hi-5;. He is young, still chews and is not housetrained yet so his new family will need to be patient and consistant with his training. He LOVES toys so make sure you have plenty. He also LOVES playing in the water hose! Boudreaux is scared when first meeting a stranger( males more so than females) and will bark initially. He is cautious on his approach until he knows that you are safe and will not hurt him.
He is eager to please and gets his feelings hurt if he gets fussed at. Boudreaux is generally very gentle but can be "mouthy" and does like to roughhouse so he is probably too much dog for a small child but would be good for middle school aged kids and older. He will make a great companion for the right family.
