My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Henrietta was noticed by her rescuer when she kept crying for food. Shy Cat - Level 5 She would sit outside and really not apprecate her empty tummy and cold toes.

Once she made it to the MEOW Adoption Centre, Henrietta was sure to eat all the food that made into her food dish. She was also very playful, often hiding her toys in her bed and sitting on them! However, the hustle and bustle of the Adoption Center was too much for Henrietta and she was next off to a foster home.

In her foster home she did a lot of hissing each time her foster mom came by with food. Over time, the hissing stopped and Henrietta started to venture out when people were in the room with her.

It will take time before she is a comfortable house cat but as long as she has a cat buddy, Henrietta is brave enough to try.

MEOW Foundation is a registered charity and humane society with a no-kill mandate. We facilitate the adoption of the stray and abandoned cats that we rescue into new loving, permanent homes. We do our best to ensure that our cats will be matched to the best possible homes based on their personality, history, habits, and individual needs.
