MY VOICE
I have a voice and although it is small it needs to be heard. I was left outside a shelter in a cardboard box with 5 siblings. Our mom and dad were also left with us. Whoever dumped us and walked away should be ashamed. They should also know that the shelter cameras have the whole episode on video tape. We are safe and in a very good place right now but the heat in the box until we were found was awful and a few of us were almost out of the box when we were found. That could have been disastrous for us all. My name is Jessa and I have two sisters and three brothers. I am a beautiful, little torti girl. My mom is Jordyn and she is still feeding us plus we are able to eat on our own. We love snuggling with mom and having the whole family together. We love playing together and especially love being held and getting hugs and cuddles from our APR family. I'm not quite old enough for adoption but I will be soon. Come visit me, my mom Jordyn and my dad Jeremiah along with the other members of the APR Duggar family.

PLEASE NOTE: We require all interested parties to come to the shelter to meet the pet, complete an adoption application, and interview with our Director. We do not do same day adoptions or ship animals. For additional information on our adoption policies, visiting hours and directions please go to Abandoned Pet Rescue.

About Abandoned Pet Rescue, Inc.

About Our Shelter...

Abandoned Pet Rescue is a 501 ( c ) (3) IRS tax-exempt, qualified charitable organization that rescues, shelters, and cares for countless abandoned and abused animals and finds them new homes. We have been serving the South Florida community since 1996. Our no-kill animal shelter is located in Ft. Lauderdale, where volunteers of all ages help perform the duties of running the shelter and our operations on a day-to-day basis, creating a mutually beneficial relationship between animals and the community. By conducting neighborhood sweeps, APR helps reduce the pet over population by spaying and neutering feral cats with the use of a mobile veterinary facility.
