Sweet Dixie did not have the best start at life. We were contacted by a concerned citizen about Dixie. Apparently she had started getting sick so her previous owners just threw her outside like a piece of trash on some of the coldest nights of the year. We had her signed over to us and rushed her to the emergency vet. She literally was a walking bag of bones and her body temperature was so low that it would not register on the thermometer. Dixie fought and she won and has blossomed into a beautiful petite little boxer mix that is so full of love and life. She is under 40 pounds and is currently fostered with 2 small children and a cat and she adores them. She also loves other dogs. She is house and crate trained and is going to make a wonderful addition to some very lucky family. Dixie is spayed, up to date on shots, microchipped and comes with 2 months of heartworm prevention. Her adoption fee is $225.00 This girl is going to be such a wonderful addition to some very lucky family
